Autumn is the best season of the year, in my indisputable opinion. Crisp leaves, spicy scents, sweaters and cool nights are ahead of us- but you can't forget to pick up an incredible fall scented candle. Summer in Chicago has been a toasty one overall, and even though the weather is still hot this week, we've been cooking up some fall candle scents for you to celebrate the change in seasons and get into the holiday spirit. I look forward to fall all year, anticipating cooler weather and snuggles with my honey and kittens and am so excited to share it with you with these spicy fall candles.
These fall candles been a long time coming- we've been testing these fall scents for at least 6 weeks, going through new waxes, new essential oils, and a million different size wicks to get just the right burn and scent throw on these limited release candles. A few ideas were thrown out, but we've landed on two favorites for you to start off the fall candle season.
If you can't wait, come see them in person at the Chicago Artisan Market on Sunday September 16th- we'll have a few of each scent there available for purchase as a sneak peek.
Warm Chai | Fall Candle
Many a chai was sniffed (and consumed) to perfect this new fall candle. This scent is available in our Classic Tumbler as well as our Gold Travel Tin, and features a spicy blend that mimics a hot cup of chai tea. This one is for you if a spicy chai latte is your go-to drink and you're looking for a strong scent to fill your home.
You'll find cardamom, black pepper, clove, and bergamot in this fall candle. Unlit the candle is clove forward, with the delicate bergamot fragrance coming to the foreground when lit. This fall candle includes only pure essential oils, all natural coconut wax, and our signature wood wicks for that campfire crackle.
Stock up on this one, it's been going within minutes at craft fairs so far this September. No joke, we can't bring enough of these to events.
Pomander | Limited Edition
One of my favorite new traditions is to make a huge batch of spiced wine when the weather turns cold. A red wine, cloves, cinnamon, oranges, and star anise when warmed for a few hours makes an amazingly tasty drink to sip on cold nights (or days, I don't judge). This candle is right for you if you're on board with the smell of spiced wine.
You'll find orange, bergamot, clove, and frankincense in this fall candle. Unlit the candle is orange and clove forward, with bergamot to balance the scent, and the warm, almost floral frankincense coming through when lit.
This candle will make you thirsty for a glass of Glühwein, so use it as your non-alcoholic substitute this fall season. This fall candle includes only pure essential oils, all natural coconut wax, and our signature wood wicks for that campfire crackle. A medium to strong scent throw on this fall scent will fill a large room when lit.
Be sure to snag one of these while you can, we can't promise they'll be around long.
