Essential Oil Use & Safety
At Effuse Candles we believe in the power of scent and how it can influence your mind and body, and have created essential oil blends for their therapeutic and aromatic qualities. While our candles are all natural products and safer than candles made with synthetic waxes or fragrances please keep in mind that essential oils are highly concentrated and care should be taken with their use. Below is some information on essential oil use and precautions.
Precautions and Disclaimers

Essential oils are highly concentrated and while they have been diluted with the wax in our candles we still recommend you exercise care during use. This means you shouldn't apply wax to your skin and be mindful of use around children and pets. Small animals in particular are sensitive to many essential oils and certain oils may even be toxic to your pets. Don't use a candle if you are allergic to the food or plant a particular essential oil comes from.
